New build 80 bedroom high needs, dementia and residential care home in Sevenoaks for Care UK.

RDT were instrumental in dialogue with Sevenoaks District Council to accommodate operational requirements and layout changes of Care UK into developer consented care home form.

Working with contractor Lawrence Baker, RDT provided detailed design through to completion delivering 3-dimensional construction information in BIM compliant format.

​

This was a sensitive site due to steep topography, high ecology value and contextual neighbouring uses.
