Great Progress at Westgate-On-Sea

Our Construction Director, Christopher Young and CEO Richard Tavener visited the new Avante Care & Support care home site in Westgate-On-Sea this week to see how the project is developing.

This modern 70-bed care home facility will provide vital services to the community, featuring state-of-the-art amenities designed to enhance the well-being of residents. Inspired by local Kent themes, the home will include stunning balcony terraces, thoughtfully designed interiors, and a variety of spaces to support daily live and social engagement.

Both Chris and Richard were pleased to see the progress on site, with key structural elements taking shape and a clear vision for the home’s welcoming, resident-focused environment coming to life.
