We are thrilled to announce that planning approval has been granted for our Whitsbury Road development in Fordingbridge - a thoughtfully designed scheme comprising a 68-bed care home and 8 private homes for open market sale.

Working closely in collaboration with the team at Highwood Group, from feasibility study to planning stages, together we've crafted a bespoke care home design that truly stands out and we couldn't be more excited about the journey ahead!

The care home will be operated by Hartford Care and is set to deliver best-in-class facilities. Designed to BREEAM Excellent standards, the development will incorporate a range of sustainable technologies including solar panels, heat pumps, and smart energy systems.

At RDT, we truly believe our expertise in later living design shines through in this project, striking the perfect balance between commercial viability and creating a beautiful, welcoming environment. This care home will be the heart of a vibrant new community, offering a supportive and nurturing space for its residents.
