RDT Architects were instructed by C & J Marriott to prepare a design proposal for the demolition of Alexandra, Littleport, Collingham and Victoria House, Marlborough Park, Harpenden, AL5 1NL and provide a new build 3 storey mixed-use development.

 

The proposal consists of 8 (C3 use class) residential apartments and 800m2 of commercial office (B1 use class) accommodation.  Outline planning granted for access, layout, and scale, leaving landscape and appearance as reserved matters for consideration at a future date.
