New build luxury 80 bedroom care home for Signature Care in Farnham Common.

RDT Architects provided full architectural service to the client, Grove Court Properties, with a generic home design to meet future care operator’s requirements on a former vehicle sales dealership and fuel filling station.

Following continuous liaison with South Bucks Council Planning Department, the scheme was recommended for approval by the Case Officer, however, it was refused at committee level. A planning appeal was lodged Summer 2017 following advice from a planning barrister and granted Spring 2018. Further consent also obtained for a 72 bedroom scheme in Spring 2018.

RDT delivered 3-dimensional construction information in BIM compliant format. PRP Architects Ltd worked throughout the construction phase of this care home.
