This luxury care home for Hamberley Care at the former Eastleigh Police Station was part of a new build mixed use masterplan including an 80 bedroom care home, 4 extra care apartments and 9 residential apartments.

The original Police Station building has been retained as close care apartments, a family room, community shop and cafe.

RDT were appointed throughout the concept, planning and tender process by Hamberley Development and from detailed design through to completion by the main contractor, utilising BIM 3D design.
